David Schulgen is Chief Executive Officer of Green Energy Maintenance Corp founded in 2006 and has been involved in nearly all areas of wind energy since 1985. In addition to successfully leading our O&M company, Dave’s business execution and vision with Airstreams Renewables, Inc. led to an industry leading training program helping transitioning veterans into career in the wind, solar, telecommunication tower and a variety of industrial industries.
- Director of Field Operations for Commercial Americas with Enron and GE Wind responsible for the Operations and Maintenance for approximately 1500 megawatts of wind projects.
- Director of Manufacturing responsible for the manufacturing of Enron Wind Commercial Americas 1.5 megawatt turbines. (Now GE Wind)
- Regional Manager of Operations responsible for the operations of more than 450 MW of wind power in the states of California, Texas and Vermont managing a staff of 80 personnel.
- Manager of Commissioning responsible for the commissioning of over 800 megawatt of wind power projects.
- Manager of Training Enron Wind responsible for the creation of the Enron Wind Skill Based Certification program. (Now GE Wind Certification Training program used globally)
- Manager of Electrical Manufacturing responsible for the electrical manufacturing of all Zond 750 turbines.
